LaCinemaFe’s mission is to promote a wider and deeper understanding of the roots, life and diverse cultures of the Spanish and Portuguese speaking communities in Latin America, the United States, Spain and Portugal, through the creation of a space to showcase Spanish and Portuguese films, and to, thereby, strengthen the expanding cultural and economic ties between the countries in these areas.

LaCinemaFe, Festival de Cine Latinoamericano de Nueva York. La misión del festival es promover un mayor y más profundo conocimiento de nuestras raíces, vida y diversidad cultural de las comunidades latinoamericananas de habla castellana y portuguesa, de Estados Unidos, España y Portugal. LaCinemaFe creará un espacio fílmico para películas en español y portugués, y por lo mismo, para estrechar los vínculos económicos y culturales entre los países mencionados.
